How LifeLyft checks what it tells you
LifeLyft is an independent service. We're not a government service, and nothing we show is a decision about what you're entitled to.
Our promises
- Information comes from official UK sources, and every item links to its source.
- We check official sources every day. A person on our team reviews each update before members see it.
- AI helps us write things in plain English, but it's never the source of truth. If we don't have checked information, Ask LifeLyft says so.
- We never guarantee money, never invent benefits or grants, and clearly label anything that's still being reviewed.
- Paid offers are always kept separate from support information and never affect what support we show you.
Scam warnings
No current scam warnings from us. Remember: LifeLyft will never ask for your bank password, PIN or a payment to "unlock" support.
Report a scam: forward texts to 7726, emails to report@phishing.gov.uk, or report fraud at Action Fraud (England, Wales and Northern Ireland) or Police Scotland on 101.
